Delivery is free to any physical address worldwide that can accept a “signed for” delivery.

Please note that your health supplements may take up to 10-12 business days to be delivered. Please also note that there are currently additional delays in shipping times due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting resource constraints. Your products WILL reach you but please order only if you are able to accept these longer lead times. 

We understand that these delivery timeframes may be longer than ideal for some of our customers. However, these timeframes come with economical shipping methods, and we want our customers to continue to benefit from affordably-priced premium health supplements AND free worldwide delivery with no minimum order amounts.

Although many of our health supplements are specially designed for “letterbox delivery” appropriate for normal postal services, our default delivery method normally requires the recipient’s signature due to the high value of our products. Please enter your contact number correctly as some of our delivery partners may call you regarding the delivery of your order. Please ensure that there is someone to collect the package at the designated address and time to avoid delays and disappointment. If we have attempted to deliver your order, but there was nobody present to receive and sign for it, then our delivery partners will leave you a notification slip for you to arrange for a re-delivery or self-collection.

While unlikely to arise, if any taxes are payable in your particular jurisdiction, you will be responsible for settling them and ncapsulate cannot be responsible for any non-receipt of products due to any failures in this respect.
